We all knew what Ryan Poles was going to do with the first overall pick. I think what had all Bears fans on pins and needles was the 9th overall pick. I think the aggressive approach would have been to trade up and get your guy. However, Ian Cunningham reminded Poles of the old adage; good things come to those who wait, and that’s exactly what happened.

With a couple of offensive lineman taken by the Chargers and Titans and a head scratching pick by the Falcons, we got our guy. Rome Odunze is now the third head on a three headed monster set to terrorize the NFC North. We also added to our offensive and defensive lines, added the best punter in the country, and put the fear of god into the rest of the league.

Ryan Poles has methodically and quietly turned the roster around in three short years. Everyone should be excited. Lets fucking go!!!
